This article is about the piece on the soundtrack. For the device, see ISS Parachute.

Parachute is the ninth track on the Gravity Soundtrack.

At over seven minutes, it is the second longest track on the album.

After escaping the raging inferno inside the ISS, Dr. Ryan Stone attempts to navigate to the Chinese Tiangong station with the Soyuz Capsule only to get entangled in the very wrongfully deployed parachute chords that saved her life. It is a blazingly suspenseful track that follows Stone as she attempts to escape before the debris strike.
